How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery time
All items are shipped directly to you after we receive your order. Packaged and placed with UPS or US Postal Service delivery within 1 business day. International orders will be set up for shipping within one day. When you place an order you’ll be notified during checkout of the estimated delivery dates based on your location. You will receive an email notification of shipping and tracking information.

Currently we are delivering anywhere that UPS or US Postal Service will deliver.

UPS or US Postal Service. In every case a tracking number is issued so that you can track the progress of your delivery
Delivery charges
Shipping costs as they appear in the shopping cart are at the cost of UPS or US Postal Service based on the weight of the package. We do not add a packing or handling fee to the cost of shipping. When the dimension of the shipment creates a higher shipping cost we will notify you of the actual shipping cost and ask you permission to proceed.
How do I track my order online?

If clicking on the web address does not open a new page in your webs browser then copy and paste the tracking website address into your browser.
How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee you see in the Shopping Cart is the UPS or USPS generated cost with tracking based on the weight of your shipment. You pay the shipping fee only. There are no additional handling fees added to your order.
When the dimensions of a shipment create a higher cost of shipping than is shown in the shopping cart we may notify you and ask your permission to adjust the shipping cost.
Do you ship worldwide?
Our shopping cart is set up for International shipments via US Postal Service Priority Mail and UPS. If you are ordering for delivery outside of the US and wish to use an alternative shipping service, e.g., Fedex, DHL and or other Expedited shipping methods please contact us at wineaccessory@wineandfoodaccessories.com with the details of your order, shipping method and delivery address. We will gladly provide you with the cost of alternative shipping and payment methods.
Why is my shipment delayed?
Please contact us at any time at wineaccessory@wineandfoodaccessories.com if you feel your shipment is delayed. We will determine what is going on and quickly advise you of the status of your shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal.
Should you wish to contact us about an alternative payment method please include your order number and name in any email subject line at wineaccessory@wineandfoodaccessories.com
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please make sure your order is correct when you place it. If you need to change or cancel your order after order was placed contact us immediately and we will work to help you change or cancel your order. You can reply to your order receipt by e-mail to quickly make a change or a cancellation.
What are your refund and return policies?
Goods can be returned within 7 days only in the following events:
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong item
If goods are returned we may offer to refund the goods, exchange them for the same or a similar product or give you a credit. If you accept a credit it can be applied to any product on our website.
